As we said in our August newsletter, the Communion Forest is working with Climate Stewards on a pilot project to establish up to five new small-scale, high-quality tree-growing projects in Anglican communities in tropical or subtropical regions of the Communion, which will be funded by Anglicans wanting to support such initiatives and offset their carbon emissions.

We held the introductory webinar for potential local growing partners last Thursday and it's fair to say there is a lot of interest! So, we are looking for individuals, churches or dioceses who would like to help fund the start-up costs of these pilot projects.
